8:30 a.m.–3:45 p.m. You are invited to attend the Ninth annual Utah Education Law and Policy Institute on Friday, June 13, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. On line registration will be available March 2008.
A certificate of attendance will be provided for certification purposes, and those wishing one-half hour of college credit may register for pass/fail credit through our online registration system for an additional fee. (Please indicate your desire for credit when registering for the conference.) Additionally, lunch will be provided for those who preregister.
About the Institute
The Institute is co chaired by Scott Ferrin, BYU McKay School of Education, Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations & J.Reuben Clark Law School; Richard Williams, Director of the Wheatley Institution; and Steven Baugh, Director of CITES, the Center for Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling. It is funded by the McKay School of Education BYU Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations, the Wheatley Institution, the BYU Journal of Education and Law, the Education Section of the Utah Bar Associa¬tion and the Del Wasden Memorial Fund. It is a collaborative effort of the institutions above, with the assistance of the Utah Department of Education, and the Education Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
